2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds considered for cancellations within 48 hours or service failures.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed work that has been delivered and approved
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, licenses)
- Custom development work that has been partially completed
- Consultation and planning services already provided
4. Process
Contact us within 7 days with refund request details.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed and delivered. The refund amount will be calculated fairly considering the resources invested in the project.
6. Dispute Resolution
