The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, licenses)
  • Custom development work that has been partially completed
  • Consultation and planning services already provided

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed and delivered. The refund amount will be calculated fairly considering the resources invested in the project.
